Technical Support Specialist
Position description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and patient Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer calls, reproducing and diagnosing issues, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Reproduce and diagnose customer issues related to the Call and Contact Center product.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical issues.
- Document issues and resolutions clearly and concisely.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Continuously update knowledge of the product and any new features or updates.
Required qualifications:
- Strong technical background with experience in troubleshooting software products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
- Patience and dedication to providing top-notch customer service.
- Familiarity with Call and Contact Center systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar technical support role.
- Proficiency in the software used in Call and Contact Centers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
