How we started - from vision to reality

Five years ago, we began our journey within Team Group of Companies. At that moment, we had only a couple of projects, no visible portfolio, no roadmap - not even a proper office. This level of uncertainty could have easily scared anyone away. But not us.

What kept us moving was a long-term vision supported by our founders, strong trust and reliability within our team, and a deep sense of responsibility toward each other and our early clients. We were determined to create impactful solutions that deliver real, sustainable results.

The road definitely wasn't the easiest one. From establishing internal governance and defining our strategy to building client relationships and expanding our portfolio - we faced every challenge consistently, responsibly, and honestly. Transparent communication ensured everyone on the team remained aligned with our company's evolution.

In our fast-paced daily work, we often skip the look-back part - always driven forward. But moments like today allow us to reflect with pride. Looking from the outside, I clearly see how a courageous idea has grown into a company that now plays a key role in strengthening digital public services and enterprise ecosystems across Armenia - and beyond.

In just five years, we have delivered over 50 successful projects - including mission-critical nationwide e-government systems relied on daily by citizens, businesses, and institutions. Among them:

• Automated mortgage interest tax refund system
• e-VAT system for non-resident digital service providers
• e-invoicing system
• Income declaration system for individuals

... alongside major nationwide platforms enhancing transparency, public services, and business processes.

We have also developed telecom-grade platforms shaping digital customer experience:

• TeamTV - IPTV/OTT platform serving thousands of households
• Team Energy - powering Armenia's electric vehicle charging ecosystem
• A full suite of telecom solutions improving service quality and operational efficiency - from self-care to e-commerce to lifecycle management

And we strongly believe in products born in Armenia, built to scale globally.

Zangezor embodies that belief. What began as a project to replace a call center for one of our clients has evolved into a powerful omnichannel product, now adopted by leading government institutions, financial organizations, and large enterprises. With new AI-powered capabilities, Zangezor enables fast, personalized, secure engagement across calls, chat, email, social media and messaging platforms.

Product development is our long-term strategic direction - and Zangezor is just the beginning.

To support the growth of such solutions, we have built strong foundations in quality and security. Our ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security) certifications reflect our structured, responsible approach to delivery and data protection. We avoid shortcuts - ensuring that everything we build is reliable, secure, and future-ready in the long run.
