Required qualifications
We look for clarity, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Linux administration (Ubuntu/Debian, Red Hat)
Working knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware or equivalents)
Basic experience with database administration (MariaDB, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP RFC 3261, RTP, etc.) and at least 2 years’ experience with production Asterisk servers (including IVR systems and CRM integrations)
Familiarity with networking fundamentals, troubleshooting, and configuration
Experience with scripting/programming languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Ansible is a plus
Strong time management and autonomy – able to self-organize and meet deadlines
Fluent in English (written and spoken) for communication, documentation, and collaboration

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
Monitor and optimize network and server performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Provide maintenance and support for production and development environments
Deploy applications in multi-tier environments, ensuring stability and scalability
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for operational consistency
Collaborate closely with developers to streamline and improve the development process
Identify infrastructure challenges and propose thoughtful, scalable solutions
