We’re looking for a Mid–Senior UX Designer who’s ready to step into deeper challenges, contribute to complex product ecosystems, and grow toward senior-level ownership.
You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to bring clarity, structure, and usability to platforms used by both internal and external audiences.
Our environments move quickly and sometimes operate with limited research inputs. We value designers who can think critically, navigate ambiguity with maturity, and make thoughtful decisions based on logic, user needs, and real-world constraints.
This role is ideal for someone who has a solid UX foundation, wants to take on more strategic responsibility, and is excited to evolve into a senior-level contributor.
If you’re motivated by simplifying complexity, shaping digital systems, and building experiences from the ground up - you’ll feel at home here.
Required qualifications
We don’t expect perfection, but we do look for clarity, curiosity, and critical thinking.
3-5+ years of hands-on UX or product design experience, ideally across complex or multi-role platforms
Experience working on multi-step or multi-role platforms (B2B, admin, enterprise, or tools)
Ability to bring structure to unclear problem spaces
Skilled in creating flows, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and early-stage artifacts that clarify vision
Curious about how UX influences user behavior, task success, and product outcomes
Attention to detail with a focus on deliberate, purposeful work (not perfectionism)
Growth mindset - open to feedback, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity
Collaborative, communicative, and capable of explaining design tradeoffs clearly
Able to work across multiple projects and teams
Strong time management and autonomy - able to self-organize and meet deadlines
Figma proficiency; experience with components, libraries, or basic system thinking
Fluent in English (written and spoken) - for communication, documentation, and collaboration
Bonus skills
Experience working in public sector or government platforms
Experience or interest in UX writing / microcopy, and/or basic prototyping/animation is a plus
Familiarity with multi-brand or multi-product design environments
Interest in scalable system thinking and documentation
Comfortable working across multiple projects in parallel
Key responsibilities
You’ll help shape the UX of large-scale platforms that impact thousands of users across institutions, businesses, and public services.
Your work will focus on clarity, usability, and building strong UX foundations that teams can scale.
Build foundational UX from the ground up - from journeys and flows to early-stage wireframes and prototypes
Break down complex product flows into clear, structured user experiences
Translate business needs into scalable UX concepts that balance user goals with technical feasibility
Co-create design systems and structural logic that scale across products and use cases
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to align on goals, define interactions, and ship usable outcomes
Adapt and apply UX patterns across different brands and products
Identify UX challenges and propose thoughtful, context-aware solutions
Take ownership of structure, clarity, and flow - not just design artifacts
Contribute to an environment where UX is respected, and continuous learning is encouraged
